THE order
We ordered the platter containing:
Honey glazed lamb ribs, Cajun shrimp, Potato salad, Corn on the cob, Mac n cheese, Purple Hazel and Wray & nephew lemonade😋

The platter was £10, The drinks were £2 for large and £1 for small. Absolute Bargain! (The drinks were so good we had to ask for extras 🌚)
THE MAIN
The honey glazed lamb ribs were cooked well, was just a bit too fatty and a bit tough but I won’t deny the flavour of the ribs and the honey complementing the well seasoned meat.

The deep fried Cajun shrimp was very flavourful with just the right amount of seasoning. The potato salad was not your average potato salad, it was nice and creamy and you could see ivy wasn’t shy of adding more flavour to it.

The Mac and cheese was well made, seasoned nicely and held well together. The plantain was nice and chunky and texture was soft and sweet.
THE FIRST LOOK
Moving onto the corn on the cob which was perfectly made wasn’t too soft and had a nice crunch with every bite- just wish it had some seasoning to give it an extra flavour to complement its natural sweetness.
The salad had that Mediterranean feel to it as it was a cool refreshing side to add to the food, Couldn’t complain there!
THE DRINKS
The purple haze was a new addition to the menu and it didn’t disappoint. Packed with flavours, had a black grape kinda vibe and a good amount of Wray- This will definitely be a popular choice
The wray & nephew lemonade had a lovely lemoney yellow colour looking great! With every sip was the right zang and Wray to compliment the lemons. Great combo. Great ratio. Great taste. Wasn’t too sour was just right and refreshing
