THE order
We ordered :- Chicken & Plantain waffle sandwich with cheese and sauce Also a Chicken & Egg waffle sandwich with cheese and sauce.
We can assure you that one half of the sandwich will have you feeling full up! 😂 Great value for money as each sandwich costs £8 ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾
The savoury waffle looked great and was cooked to perfection with that lovely golden texture. It had the right consistency for the dough as it wasn’t dry at all.
Moving on to the fillings of the waffle, The plantain was sweet and juicy and cooked to perfection! Teaming up with the fried chicken inside was a good combo.
We felt like the chicken was cooked well but could of had some more flavour but nonetheless the melted cheese and that special sweet laagha sauce came through nicely for a bite full of different flavours which worked well together.
The chicken and egg was a good combo full of protein as the egg was lightly salted and was cooked well through. The mix was great which was smothered in laaghas special sauce which held the waffle together along with the cheese which resulted in a tasty combo
